For more than 25 years, New Zealand Greenroom Productions has been creating premium broadcast, documentary, branded and live sports content for some of the world's leading broadcasters, agencies and brands.
Founded by Director of Photography Chris Kirkham, we've filmed everywhere from Grand Slam tennis and Olympic Games to remote mountain ranges, fast-paced documentaries and global commercial campaigns.
Whether it's a live world feed with no second chances or a carefully crafted branded film, our approach is always the same: tell authentic stories with beautiful images and uncompromising technical excellence.
Today we operate from New Zealand and the United Kingdom, working wherever the story takes us.
Who is Zoid?
Long before international sport, documentaries and commercial campaigns, Chris Kirkham was riding horses on the set of The Lord of the Rings.
Working alongside Peter Jackson's crew sparked a fascination with filmmaking that quickly became a career spanning more than two decades.
Nicknamed "Zoid – The Filming Robot", Chris became known for his relentless work ethic, technical precision and ability to stay calm when the pressure is highest.
From helicopters and ski fields to Wimbledon Centre Court and Red Bull events, he's built a reputation for capturing moments that simply can't be repeated.
