In support of KASM (Kiwis Against Seabed Mining), pro surfer & activist David Rastovich, paddled 350km from Cape Egmont in Taranaki to Piha, West of Auckland, New Zealand. Over the 2 week campaign the main objective was to raise awareness and educate the general public on issues that will come about with the proposed seabed mining.
In our 7th year of delivering video media to our clients at Surfing NZ and Hyundai we did 16 days of travel across NZ, 23 days of shooting, and a total of 14 days in the edit suite. This is what came out the other side of a lot of hard work.
Fantastic result for NZ Greenroom Productions, ISA, SNZ, NZ Surfing, the wonderful sponsors, volunteers, supporters and professionals alike who bought into the vision of what the countries largest surfing event should look like and who fully delivered into this vision.
